First of all… da story is of FICTION to da max. Ok, I have to give it to Dan Brown the author of da book for coming up with such mind-boggling ideas and suspence in da story. I mean, who would put so much thought in paintings ? Best part, who would actually tie da knots and connect them until this far ? This FAR…

Anyhow, I would have to say that he memang TEROVER crossed the line in writing da book lor. Seriously, da contents and da things he sayz just crossed da line. Gosh…have some respect lar for goodness sake. Blasphemy until like that…tsk…tsk…tsk !!! I really hope everyone NOTED Professor Langdon’s (Tom Hanks) line when he said "The mind sees what it wanna see" !!! I gotta roll-my-eye-all-over when da contents start pouring out in between.

Apart from that, I’m a fan of adventure and mystery flicks. You know, solving puzzles…decoding clues…being chased by bad ppl ! Is fun to watch. Plus, who doesn’t like French. Gosh, I’m so in love with da language. Soothing to da ears. Can’t believe I was actually in da Lourve Museum once myself. Too bad I was kinda young to really appreciate da place. But again, da content about da whole Jesus story is JUST TEROVER. Shame on you Dan Brown. SHAME ON YOU !!! Ok ler…in conclusion, show was nice but content was TEROVER -_-"

"Huh…Isn’t X-Men premier on Thursday and not Wednesday ?" Well, techniquely speakin, once da clock strikes 12am on Wednesday, it would be Thursday. So yes, Adrian watched X-Men III : The Last Stand at 12am in GSC 1Utama. I really…really…really couldn’t wait cause I’ve been patiently waiting for this installment like since last year. So when I heard someone talkin bout a possible screenin at 12am on Wendnesday, I logged straight into GSC website and to my surprise, there is a special screenin and without second thoughts, I did an online purchase !

Ok…ok, everyone is more interested in da show itself. I’ve gotta say that this chapter is very much FIERCE & INTENSE and I MEAN It. Honestly, I do not wanna give it all away as this is suppose to be da FINAL chapter and there are a lot of SHOCKERS and SURPRISES waiting for da anticipating audiences and NO I’m NOT talking bout da resurrection of JEAN GREY as DARK PHOENIX…everyone
Pyro2_1
knows that already thru da trailer.  Yes, you are gonna love da STROYLINE and yes da SPECIAL EFFECTS this time round is sure to blast you off your seats.

The theme is basically bout STANDING UP FOR YURSELF & FIGHT or JOIN DA CROWD !!! Da subject is pretty applicable to our lives and in today’s society. Oh, as usual, in every MARVEL COMIC installment, you’ll sure to spot MR STAN LEE himself appearing for a few seconds. see if you can catch him in this one. Who’s
power I wish I could have ? Still PYRO’s fire power of course. I like ANGEL’S character too although you won’t see him much in da show.

According to director Brett Ratner, he has stated that there will NOT be an X-Men 4 but at da same time, he said that do not be surprise if there is a Wolverine or Storm movie. Anyhow, is really sad NOt to have a fourth installment given da WAY HE ENDED chapter 3. Oh bother…JUST GO WATCH DA SHOW.

TODAY IS ITALIAN DAY :P

Sunday is alwayz the perfect day for a time of getaway. Is also da best day of da week for me and mom to do catching up with one another. Da day for us to loose ourselves in crowds of shoppers and at da same time, spoilling ourselves with scrumptious delicasies and clothes.

So why is today an ITALIAN DAY for us ? Cause so happen we dine at an Italian restraunt and mom bought me a shirt imported from Italy. This kinda coincidence dun happen often you know. Anywayz, we were dining at ITALIANEASE. We had no idea da portions were for 2 ppl onwards. We had FRIED CALAMARI CAESAR SALAD for starters and ordered GRILLED SALMON as our main dish. It was just nice for two people. Service was excellent and da atmosphere was great for talking.

Took a stroll along High Street to see some shoes and clothes. Yeap, did some minor shoe shoppin with mommy. Found a lovely pair at Voir but da decorative stuff was hurting her foot eventhough it looked nice. Ended up tak jadi beli. Nice tapi sakit dipakai.Went to British india, so many gorgeous outfits my mom liked but da price was exspensive. RM160 for a tube ?

Then came to my turn, we dropped by Armani Xchange (my fav window-shopping spot) just to try some new arrivals and gosh, AGAIN…something that looked so…GOOD…on me and da price was RM490 for dat shirt. Giler siut. My  mom thought it was nice and had second thoughts of buying me da clothes since i’ve been such a good boy but I know very well it is terover and I will feel freakin GUILTY everytime I put that shirt on. Yes, I know my limits. I usually go to AX as a fantasy land onlee.

Then I met one of my frens working at United Colours Of Benetton. That is where I got a shirt which was kinda similar to the one is AX at half da price. RM203. Yes, is an Italian day because that shirt was imported from Italy. Has some funky and retro feel to it. Can’t wait to wear it to some social event !

HAPPY MOMMY’S DAY :p

Mother’s Day was pretty simple this year. We had a really GREAT performance by da "Goh Brothers" in church today. They should form a brother duet ler…THE GOHS…ahahaha…Mom loved their singing and they do have good vocal skills. Then we had lunch catered by da church.

Was so sleepy, we went home and nap till 6pm. Then went to 1Utama and had a hearty dinner at B.B.Q Plaza. So full man !!! Shopped at giant for 1 week of supplies cause I’ll be enjoying my mid-term break so must have loads of munchies to munch  !!!

WHOA !!! ONE CRAZY MID-TERM EXAM -_-”

Mood     : Exausted                            Music     : "Bolero" - Moulin Rouge OST

Basically, there are 3 different acts, with 3 different characters to play in 3 different settings. I ain’t professional  actor YET. My mom may call me a chameleon but I dun transform THAT fast. Ok…ok, let me cool down and explain.

Today, we had to stay back from 6pm till 8.30pm in college to take our mid-term examination for Acting & Improvisation unit. Each of us got FOUR things that we must do during the examination. Number ONE…perform a "MOVEMENT PIECE" together as a group. I had to play this FANATICAL TASK-MASTER that enslaves all these people to do my bidding. That really drew a lot of energy out of me. I was sweating like crazee. Rey liked it and I was like "Hallelujah" !!!

NUMBER TWO…Then came da duo piece which me and Liyana had to go first. It was a good time for me to catch my breath. I play this BLIND GUY who is waiting for his lovely girl-friend to arrive. We titled our act as "LOVE IS NOT BLIND"…She comes, sits besides him and he starts caress her to check if that is her. They sat by da bench lovingly and and he passes her a book so she can read it to him. Rey loved our piece because he felt da "sensitivity" and chemistry between us. Guess what ? he almost believed that I was really blind. That really made my day.

NUMBER THREE, our solo act. Each of us have to portray a Malaysian character individually. Have a monologue session and transform ourselves into somebody we’re not. Rey must not find bits and pieces of our personality in the character that we protray. This was da toughest act for us. I played a "DISGRUNTLED & RUDE CUSTOMER" at a cinema. I gain da inspiration to play dat role during Mission Impossible 3 while I was queueing to buy tickets. I myself believed that I could have done more with the character. Rey himself suggested that I could bring da character to an extra level, so that wasn’t my best act.

Anyhow, by da time it got to my solo, I was seriously demoralized already cause I gave my all to da last two acts. I din’t have time to prepare for my solo piece or digest my character because I was da 2nd to go. Still, I learnt a lot today thru our exam. And LASTLY, we had to submit a writing report to Rey explaining the CREATIVE PROCESS of any one of those 3 acts. OH, I so need to mention this. after everything was over…WE CELEBRATED BY EATING DURIANS THAT ERICA BROUGHT FOR HER SOLO ACT. She played a durian seller. It was delicious to da max

MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 3 & A HAIR CUT !

Gonna have a long day tomorrow so decided to spend quality time with Mommy today. Went to 1Utama for a good meal. We que our way into Vietnam Kitchen and I thought da waiting was worth it. Food was good. Bought tickets for da 9pm session. Lucky to have good seats and in the end the whole cinema was fully sold out. Had an hour to spare so I went to get my hair trimmed at Dry Cut saloon.

Da show was awesome. Action packed and crazy stunts. Storyline was good with a twist to it and gals were ok. Not gorgeous but nice to see also lar. Hmm, 7.5/10 points for da movie. In the 3rd installment of Mission Impossible, Agent Ethan Hunt travels to Vatican City, Berlin and Shanghai to retrive the "Rabbit’s Foot" !  He get’s married to a Katie Holmes lookalike played by Michelle Monaghan. Phillip Seymor Hoffman who starred in "Capote" plays da very cold villian in this installment. Now that is one versatile actor. When lar can I be part of a Hollywood flick ?

HUMBLE…EDUCATIONAL…EXPERIENCE ! Da people there had so much to offer. The warm hospitality made me really feel at home eventhough da condition and environment was nothing like back here in K.L. It’s definitely good to be back but I’m gonna miss da people there heaps. I learnt a lot there. Still can’t get over da fact I enjoyed bathing next to a pipe in an open-air environment.

Sabah is a really simple yet beautiful place. Nothing much to do but a lot to see. Lush green Img_46621
mountains everywhere, wide paddy fields and breath-taking scenic views of the blue ocean. And it really all comes down to the people. Da food there shares the exact same names with what we have here but the taste and presentation is nothing like it. Interesting and tasty most of the time.

I myself could not believe I could speak so much Bahasa Melayu. Knowing that I’m such a chatter-box…I could actually communicate with the people there smoothly. There Img_44621
wasn’t any language barrier and that is very important when it comes to ministering. Da miraculous part is that I could actually share my life testimony and pray and give the word all in Malay. All glory to God and I believe God was really working in me.

Frederic was such a blessing to us. He took good care of us and brought us to all da places that one should visit. Pastor JunSim too was such a fun guy to hang out with. We had so much fun telling lames jokes, asking lame riddles and telling lame Img_47051
stories. There was somehow a moment of laughter with him. Not to mention there is NEVER a moment we could not laugh with Yvelyn, Eddie, Pearl and Munchkin. Yes, definitely a fun trip and an experience not to forget.

Da youths there are really diligent and gave their best in whatever they do. Obviously put me to shame. Hardworking and appreciates the simplest things in life. Cheerful and enjoy worshiping the Lord. Skilled, talented and plenty room to Img_46351
learn more skills. Thoughtful and really coorperative. Organizing and executing the games was such a blast and smooth job for me because they give their full attention to you and move fast. Not to mention, they are pretty intelligent as well when it comes to playing the games.

It’s really a wonderful thing to be able to come together nd serve da Lord at da same time. I had a great time with our group. Good to know Eddie more deeper. Yvelyn was such a goof…Pearl was really helpful and Munchkin…my…my…my… Da Img_44791
trip did drain out a lot of energy from us BUT if you ask me, I think it was all worth it.

Took a lot of picture there and I dunno where to start. Do drop by my photo album and view more pics in da "MEMORIES" album. Da final day there was spectacular as I would consider it as our reward for da trip. Pastor and Fred took us to da TIP OF SABAH (da "ear" of da dog shaped map) and we got to swim in da crystal-clear water of the ocean. That was so relaxin. Got burnt in Img_47311
da process though…

Lookin forward to more exploits for da Lord. 2006 is gonna be one interesting year. Thank you Lord for the world so sweet, thank you Lord for da food we eat, thank you Lord for da birds that sing…THANK YOU LORD FOR EVERYTHING :p
